Jesse Figueroa is the founder of Stanced On Paralysis. He takes pride in being the best version of himself to demonstrate that overcoming adversity is possible. Since leaving rehab and transitioning back to his new life with a spinal cord injury, Jesse’s goal has been to make a positive impact on newly injured individuals or those with spinal cord injuries. He believes that God has put him in a wheelchair to carry out this mission and bring more awareness to this community in a unique and creative way. Jesse is seeking long-term sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to bring his vision to life. He is extremely passionate about motorsports and action sports. Jesse’s drive and ability to turn adversity into amazing projects include his clothing line, trucking company, freight brokerage, and podcast. It is a demonstration of his mindset and drive to be the best he can be, following his passions, which he loves deeply. He says Stanced On Paralysis connects him with his true purpose of giving back to a community he himself lives every day with as giving a more in-depth connection and meaning to why it fills him so much with every wheelchair brother or sister he connects with. Jesse aspires to share his testimony worldwide through his podcast “Goals In Progress” to give hope where there’s nothing but hopelessness and bring awareness and unity between the abled body and wheelchair community.
